AEROPASS
Es la empresa del grupo Transdev Airport Services encargada del transporte de pasajeros por autobús en el aeropuerto CDG en París.
AEROPASS divide su operación en dos partes fundamentalmente:
- PAX: transporte de pasajeros entre terminales y parkings de estacionamiento de los vuelos.
- CNT: transporte de pasajeros entre las distintas terminales del aeropuerto. A diferencia del caso PAX, la operación en CNT viene
En 2008 AEROPASS decide cambiar su anterior sistema de planificación de recursos, el desafío era lograr disponer de un sistema capaz de cubrir todo el ciclo de vida de la planificación, desde la estratégica hasta la generación de nómina, para ambos tipos de operación: PAX y CNT. Tras un proceso de evaluación de diferentes proveedores AEROPASS decide contar con la ayuda de CODICE Technologies para el desarrollo del sistema por dos motivos:
- La experiencia de CODICE Technologies no solo en el sector de handling aeroportuario sino también en el del transporte urbano por carretera le hacían el socia ideal para proporcionar la mejor solución en ambos entornos PAX y CNT.
- La flexibilidad de CODICE a la hora de adaptar su sistema de planificación óptima a distintas situaciones. CODICE no es un producto cerrado sino un framework de trabajo sobre el cual se construyen soluciones de planificación a medida de cada problema.
La unión de AEROPASS y CODICE Technologies dio lugar a un producto de planificación que entró en operación en Abril de 2009 y que proporciona a AEROPASS las siguientes funcionalidades.
- Optimal bus&drivers scheduling for the PAX operation. Partiendo de la expectativas de vuelos a cubrir en una temporada CODICE calcula el número y tipo óptimo de recursos necesarios, tanto conductores como autobuses.
- Optimal bus&drivers scheduling for the CNT operation. A partir de las distintas frecuencias de paso por las distintas terminales el sistema calcula el número y tipo óptimo de recursos necesarios, tanto conductores como autobuses.
- Optimal rostering. CODICE calcula la asignación óptima de turnos a todos los colectivos de la compañía.
- Payroll and Administrative tools. CODICE proporciona todas las herramientas de gestión necesarias para asegurar la operación, desde el mantenimiento de habilitaciones de los empleados hasta la generación mensualmente de los factores de nómina.

Is the company of the Transdev Airport Services Group in charge of the transport by bus of passengers at Paris CDG Airport.
In 2008, AEROPASS decides to change its former system of resources planning. The challenge consisted in achieving a system capable of covering the whole life cycle of the planning process, from the strategy planning to the payroll generation, for the two types of services operated by the company:
- PAX: Passenger transport between terminals and aircrafts parkings.
- CNT: Passenger transport between the different terminals of the airport.
After a thorough process of evaluation of different suppliers AEROPASS hires CODICE Technologies to develop the system for two reasons
- The experience of CODICE not only in the field of airport handling but also in the field of urban transport made CODICE the perfect partner to try and find the best solution for both PAX and CNT.
- The flexibility of CODICE to customize its system of optimum planning to different situations .CODICE is not a closed product but a framework in which to work out different planning solutions to cover the different needs.
The collaboration between AEROPASS and CODICE Technologies gave way to a customization of the CODICE product which came into successful operation in April 2009 and which provides AEROPASS with the following functionalities:
- Optimal bus&drivers scheduling for the PAX operation. From the different frequency constraints in the different terminals the system works out the optimum number of resources for both buses and drivers.
- Optimal bus&drivers scheduling for the CNT operation. From the different frequency constraints in the different terminals the system works out the optimum number of resources for both buses and drivers.
- Optimal rostering. CODICE calculates and manage the optimal assignment of the workload to the workforce. In this case the system was customized to equidistribute the preferences (morning, midday and evening) between the workforce.
- Payroll and Administrative tools. CODICE provides all the necessary administrative tools to guarantee the right operation , from the keeping of the employees skills to the monthly payrolls

AEROPASS
Est la société du Groupe Transdev Aéroport Services qui s’occupe du transport de passagers par autobus dans l’aéroport CDG à Paris.
AEROPASS sépare l’opération en deux parties principalement:
- PAX: Il s’agit du transport de passagers par autobus depuis le lieu de parking de l’avion (lorsque celui-ci n’arrive pas directement dans l’aérogare) jusqu’à l’aérogare, ainsi que depuis l’aérogare jusqu’au parking de l’avion.
- CNT: Ce sont des services de transport régulier entre différents lieux géographiques de l’aéroport. Ce service n’est donc pas déterminé par les arrivées de vols mais par la fréquence de transport que l’on souhaite fournir.
En 2008 AEROPASS décide changer son système de planification précédent. Le défi était d’avoir un système capable de couvrir l’ensemble du cycle de vie de la planification, de la stratégie, à la génération de la prépaie, pour les deux types d’opérations: PAX et CNT. Après un processus d’évaluation des différents fournisseurs, AEROPASS demande finalement la collaboration de CODICE Technologies pour le développement du système pour deux raisons:
- L’expérience de CODICE Technologies non seulement dans le secteur de handling, mais aussi dans le transport urbain routier qui font de CODICE le partenaire idéal pour offrir la meilleure solution à la fois dans les environnements PAX et CNT.
- La flexibilité du CODICE lorsque vous adaptez votre système de planification optimale aux différentes situations. CODICE ne s’agit pas d’un produit fermé, mais d’un cadre de travail sur lequel construire des solutions de planification adaptées à chaque problème.
L’union entre CODICE et AEROPASS a abouti à un produit de planification qui est entré en service en Avril 2009 et qui offre à AEROPASS les fonctionnalités suivantes:
- Optimal bus&drivers scheduling for the PAX operation. Sur base des vols prévus à couvrir pendant une saison, CODICE calcule le nombre et le type optimal de ressources nécessaires, conducteurs et autobus.
- Optimal bus&drivers scheduling for the CNT operation. À partir des différentes fréquences de passage par les différents terminaux, le système calcule le nombre et le type optimal de ressources nécessaires, conducteurs et autobus.
- Optimal rostering. CODICE détermine l’assignation optimale des gammes de chaque collective de la société.
- Payroll and Administrative tools. CODICE fournit tous les outils de gestion nécessaires pour assurer le fonctionnement, des autorisations des employés jusqu’à la génération mensuelle des éléments de la prépaie.
